<li>1 cup mayonaise</li>
<li>8 oz cream cheese</li>
<li>Onion powder to taste</li>
<li>3/4 cup parmesan cheese</li>
<li>Pinch of Old Bay Seasoning</li>
</ul>
<p>In a pan, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.<br />
Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning on the top.<br />
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.<br />
Serve with crackers.</p>
